DMV Cigar Club ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through dmvcigarclub.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you request an invitation or contact us, we collect what you enter in the form:

• Your name and email address
• Optionally, your phone number, company and title, how you heard about us, and your message
• Your confirmation that you are 21 or older

If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share in that conversation.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and, if you asked, send invitations and details about upcoming experiences
• To handle partnership, sponsorship, press and honoree-nomination requests
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and similar technologies

• Analytics cookies (optional). Set by Google Analytics only if you click Accept on our cookie banner. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
• Strictly necessary. Your age confirmation and cookie choice are remembered in your browser's local storage, and reCAPTCHA (below) may set cookies to protect our forms from abuse. These are required for the site to work securely and do not need consent.
• We do not use advertising, retargeting or social-media tracking cookies.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics (with your consent). If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and whether the invitation form is used. It collects device, browser and approximate location information. Advertising features and ad personalization are turned off. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Spam protection. Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise, which evaluates signals about your device and browsing to distinguish people from bots. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
• Age confirmation. When you confirm you are 21 or older, your browser remembers that choice locally so you are not asked again. It is not sent to us.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request information (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) for security and reliability.

Who processes your information

The site is hosted on Google Cloud (Firebase Hosting and Cloud Functions). Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Google Workspace. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our relationship with members and guests, and delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

• Ask to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us
• Ask us to stop sending invitations or event updates
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use the Analytics opt-out above

Age requirement

Our experiences and this site are intended for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
